Welcome to Til We Meet. By using the app, you agree to these terms. Read them carefully — they cover what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and what happens with subscriptions.
You must be at least 16 years old (18 in some places) and able to enter a binding contract where you live. The app is built for two-person couples — if more than two people share a room, that's on you.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. If you think someone else is using your account, contact us immediately.
You can delete your account anytime by contacting us at jxuereb2022@gmail.com.
Anything you put in the app — photos, notes, reasons, letters, anything — belongs to you. We don't claim ownership.
To run the app for you, we need permission to store, transmit, and display your content within your shared room. By using Til We Meet you grant us a limited license to do exactly that and nothing more.
You're responsible for what you upload. Don't upload illegal content, content you don't have rights to, or content meant to harass or harm someone. We may remove content that violates these terms.
You can use Til We Meet for free forever, with limits (10 photos, 30 days of history, starter packs only, 3 themes). Premium unlocks everything.
Pricing:
Payment: processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your card details.
Auto-renewal: your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the same price unless you cancel before the renewal date. We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice.
Cancellation: you can cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal (link sent in your purchase receipt) or by emailing us. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.
Refunds: all sales are final. We don't offer prorated refunds for partially-used billing periods. If you're unhappy or the service breaks, email us — we'll figure something out case-by-case.
Promo codes: launch codes (e.g. "FOUNDERS") grant Premium for free. Each code is one-use per account and capped per code; once a code is fully claimed it stops working. Codes can be revoked or expire at our discretion.
Don't:
If you do any of these, we may suspend or terminate your account without refund.
We try to keep the app running 24/7 but can't guarantee uninterrupted access. Things that might cause downtime: server outages, third-party provider issues (Firebase, Cloudinary, Stripe, Netlify), or maintenance. We don't compensate for downtime.
We're a small team and the app evolves. We may add, change, or remove features. If we remove a feature you paid for, we'll do our best to notify you and offer a fair adjustment.
You can stop using the app and delete your account anytime. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. If we terminate without cause and you have an active paid subscription, you'll get a prorated refund.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" — without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free, secure, or meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Til We Meet's total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the greater of (a) $100 USD or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, when required, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute must be brought in the courts where Til We Meet is operated. If a clause is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
